BURSARY FUND
The 16-19 Bursary Fund provides financial support to help students overcome the specific financial barriers to participation so they can remain in education.
There are 2 types of 16-19 bursaries:
- Bursaries of defined vulnerable groups
- Discretionary bursaries, which the Trust award using policies they set in line with funding rules
CAROL ANN YATES BURSARY
Carol Ann Yates grew up in Middle Littleton and was a student at the then Evesham High School, now TDMS. She excelled in science and went on to attend Reading University achieving a Doctorate in Chemistry in 1991. Carol went on to enjoy a successful career in the USA but regrettably died young. Before she passed away, she set up the Carol Ann Yates Foundation with the express purpose of giving financial assistance to Year 13 students who wish to go to study a science related degree at university.
