LEADERSHIP TEAM
ANNA ALLEN - HEADTEACHER
Anna completed her Master’s degree at Royal Holloway, University of London, followed by a PGCE in English and drama at the University of Warwick. Having served as an Assistant Headteacher in Solihull for six years, Anna joined The Four Stones as a MAT-wide Deputy Headteacher at King Charles I School, moving to TDMS in June 2022. Anna was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT) in March 2021. FCCT is an accolade held by some of the most committed teachers and leaders who have shown a significant and sustained contribution to the teaching profession. It is a formal mark of their achievements, skills and expertise. Anna became Headteacher in September 2025 and has completed her National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).
KATIE GREEN - DEPUTY HEADTEACHER
Katie is a Deputy Headteacher at TDMS. Katie completed her religion, philosophy, and ethics degree at the University of Gloucestershire. Katie is responsible for the quality of education and in particular the school curriculum and achievement. As a MAT-wide deputy, Katie works across The Four Stones Multi Academy Trust and is a member of the Curriculum, Assessment and Teaching and Learning Team. During 2026-27 Katie continues her professional development via the Exemplary Leadership Programme (ELP) led by some of the most interesting, engaging and experienced educationalists and school leaders in the world today.
BEN JONES- DEPUTY HEADTEACHER
Ben is a Deputy Headteacher at TDMS. Ben completed his sport and exercise science degree at the University of Gloucestershire. Ben is responsible for behaviour and culture across the school. Ben oversees our Heads of Year and Achievement Leaders to ensure that all stakeholders understand our school values and commitment to good behaviour and high expectations. Ben also oversees our celebration culture to ensure that students who demonstrate our 4 values are rewarded.
CHLOE BARRETT - ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER
Chloe is an Assistant Headteacher at TDMS. Chloe completed her sport, physical education and coaching science degree at the University of Birmingham, where she also completed her PGDipEd in Physical Education. Chloe is responsible for the school’s safeguarding, mental health, and attendance strategies. She now serves as our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all students. Chloe has completed the National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership (NPQSL).
JENNI DUNN - ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER
Jenni is an Assistant Headteacher at TDMS. Jenni completed her mathematics with psychology degree at the University of Birmingham; going on to complete a Master’s in Education. Jenni is the SENDCo for TDMS and works closely with all leaders and staff to ensure that every student at TDMS thrives in a supportive and inclusive environment. Jenni also supports our Children Looked After (CLA). Jenni has completed the National Professional Qualification for SENCOs (NPQSENCO).
CHARLOTTE ROSS - ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER
Charlotte is an Assistant Headteacher at TDMS. She recently completed her Master’s in Education and a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education. These qualifications build on her previous studies, a degree in sport and exercise science at Carnegie Leeds University and PGCE at Loughborough. Charlotte has worked across the sector in both schools and at the University of Worcester as a lecturer and Learning and Teaching Coordinator for the Institute of Education. Charlotte works alongside our curriculum deputy and is responsible for teaching and learning, continuing professional development (CPD), stakeholder voice and our vulnerable learner strategy. She also supports the Professional Mentor to develop trainee and early career teachers.
ELAINE SHEPPERD - ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER
Elaine is an Assistant Headteacher at TDMS. Elaine plays a key leadership role overseeing the sixth form, our Character Academy, careers education and personal development. She holds a BSc in sports science from De Montfort University and a PGCE in physical education. Elaine has been a valued member of the TDMS community for many years, contributing in various capacities, and is passionate about making a difference to the young people of our school. Notably, she served as head of PE during the school's time as a designated sports college - a role she found especially rewarding.
